Terms of service
What you and buyigfollowers.uk each agree to when an order is placed, in plain words.
1. The packs on offer
Single-payment packs that raise a public Instagram or TikTok account’s follower total, or the heart count on one public post or video. Accounts, logins, engagement guarantees and country-targeted followers are not on sale.
2. Who is allowed to buy
Buyers must be adults (18+) with authority over the account being ordered for. Don’t order for an account that isn’t yours or that you don’t manage.
3. Placing an order
You choose a pack, give a public username or post address, and pay the price shown in pounds sterling. A contract is formed when payment is confirmed. Each order has a reference starting ord_.
4. Delivery
Delivery usually opens within minutes and is paced over hours or days according to size. Times shown on the site are typical, not guaranteed. The account or post needs to remain public, under the same name, until delivery ends. We are not responsible for delays caused by the account being private, renamed or removed.
5. Refills
Should the delivered figure fall within 30 days of completion, email your reference and we restore it free. Refills need the account or post to be public.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Under UK consumer law you can cancel within 14 days. Since work begins on your instruction straight after payment, cancelling means paying for the portion already sent. Any part we cannot deliver is refunded to your original payment method. See refunds.
7. Instagram and TikTok set their own rules
Instagram and TikTok set their own rules, which discourage inauthentic engagement, and they may remove accounts or take other action. We can’t control that and can’t guarantee any outcome on the platform. You accept that risk when ordering.
8. Honest use
Don’t use our packs to mislead consumers, brands or investors, for example by presenting bought followers as a real audience. See our UK #ad rules guide.
9. What we are liable for
We are liable for delivering what you paid for or refunding it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost earnings or deals. Nothing here limits rights you have under UK law that cannot be limited.
10. Updates to these terms, and reaching us
