Paying for followers in the UK: how it works
Each order is paid once, in sterling, through a secure hosted checkout. This page covers accepted methods, the ones we turn down, statement wording and refunds.
Checked and updated 2 November 2026
Visa and Mastercard (debit or credit), Apple Pay and Google Pay are taken, charged once in GBP. We don’t take bank transfer, cash, crypto, buy-now-pay-later or gift cards.
Accepted payment methods
- Debit cards (Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit), the most common choice for UK buyers.
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
- Apple Pay on iPhone, iPad and Safari on a Mac.
- Google Pay on Android phones and in Chrome.
All payments are taken on a hosted checkout page run by a payment provider. Your card number goes to the provider, not to us, and we never see or store it.
Methods we don’t accept
- Bank transfer or Faster Payments. We can’t match manual transfers to orders reliably.
- Pay-later credit like Klarna or Clearpay. Borrowing to buy followers isn’t something we want to encourage.
- Cryptocurrency.
- Cash, cheques, gift cards or vouchers.
If you were hoping to pay another way, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. Usually the answer is a card or a phone wallet.
Why we charge in pounds
Shops that price in dollars or euros can look cheaper, but your bank may add a foreign transaction fee, often around 3%, and the final amount moves with the exchange rate. Charging in GBP means the figure on the order card is the figure on your statement.
On your bank statement
The charge shows as a single card payment in pounds. It won’t mention Instagram, TikTok or followers. Your email receipt and your order reference (it starts ord_) are the records to keep for refills or questions.
Is it secure?
The checkout page is hosted by the payment provider, uses encryption, and supports your bank’s security checks such as 3-D Secure. We only receive confirmation that the payment went through and the order reference. Phone wallets add another layer, since your real card number isn’t shared with the merchant at all.
Refunds
Undeliverable parts are refunded to whichever card or wallet paid. Refunds typically appear within five to ten working days, depending on your bank. Under UK consumer law you can also cancel within 14 days while delivery is still running and pay only for what had already arrived. Full details are on the refunds page.
No subscriptions
Each pack is paid for once. No renewals, no account to close, and no card kept on file. If you see a recurring charge you don’t recognise, it isn’t from us; contact your bank.
