Put this in your email
- Your order reference if there is one: it begins ord_ and appears on the receipt.
- The username or post address the order was for.
- What you expected and what happened, in a sentence or two.
Things people usually email about
- Refills. Count fallen inside the 30-day window? Send the reference plus the username. See delivery and refills.
- Refunds. For any part of an order we couldn’t deliver, or a cancellation within 14 days while delivery is running. See refunds.
- Wrong username. Tell us straight away; we can often redirect an order that hasn’t started.
- Before you buy. Not sure which size suits your account? Tell us your current followers and we will give you an honest suggestion, including “don’t buy”.

When can I expect an answer?
Most emails get a reply the same morning or afternoon, weekends included.
Is there a phone number?
No. Email lets us look up your order properly and keeps a record for both of us.
Can you help before I order?
Yes. Send your current follower count and what you want to achieve, and we will suggest a size or tell you if a pack won’t help.
