Refunds, cancellations and refills
You only pay for what arrives. Here is exactly how refunds, cancellations and refills work, in pounds and in plain English.
Undeliverable parts come back as refunds. A 14-day cancellation right covers orders still in progress, charging only for what landed. Losses in the month after completion get topped up free.
Money back for anything undelivered
Whatever portion we fail to deliver, for any reason on our end, goes back to the original card or wallet. You don’t need to ask twice; email us with your reference and we will confirm.
Cancelling within 14 days under UK law
Digital services carry a 14-day cancellation period under UK consumer law. Paying asks us to start at once, so cancelling mid-delivery costs only what had arrived; the rest is returned. A fully delivered order is a finished service and can’t be cancelled.
Refills
Followers and likes can drop when Instagram or TikTok removes accounts. Where the delivered figure slips inside 30 days of completion, quote your ord_ reference and we fill the gap free. Refills need the account or post to be public.
Cases where no refund applies
- The account was made private, renamed or deleted during delivery, and the order couldn’t complete for that reason. We will try to finish it once it is public again.
- You entered the wrong username and the order was delivered to it. Let us know fast; orders that haven’t begun can normally be redirected.
- Losses that happen after the 30-day window closes.
How long refunds take
We send refunds within two working days of agreeing them. Your bank usually shows them within five to ten working days.
How to ask
Email support@buyigfollowers.uk with your order reference and the username or post. We usually reply within a few hours.
