Cheap vs “quality” IG followers: what changes?
Follower shops sell “standard”, “premium”, “HQ” and “real” tiers. Most of the difference is in the label. A few things genuinely vary with price; this guide sorts one from the other.

The things worth paying for are behaviour, not labels: no password, paced delivery, a refill period, a clear price in pounds and no subscription. “Premium”, “HQ” and “real” tiers mostly change the price, not the followers.
What “quality” means in follower shops
“High quality” is usually used to mean accounts with profile pictures, bios and a few posts, so they look less like bots. “Premium” often means the same thing with a higher price. “Real” and “active” suggest genuine people who will engage, which, as our page on whether bought followers are real explains, isn’t something anyone can deliver for pennies.
What genuinely differs with price
Some things do vary, and they matter more than the label:
- Pacing. Slow, steady delivery costs the seller more and looks far more natural.
- Drop rates. Followers that look more like ordinary accounts tend to last longer before Instagram removes them.
- Refill period. Sellers who refill absorb the cost of drops, so they can’t be the very cheapest.
- Support. A reply within hours when something goes wrong is worth more than a penny saved.
What doesn’t change, whatever you pay
- The followers won’t engage meaningfully. A bought follower is not a fan.
- Nobody can target by country, age or interest at these prices.
- Instagram’s rules apply equally to cheap and expensive packs.
Cheap offers worth walking away from
- Anything that asks for your password. Price is irrelevant; the risk to the account isn’t.
- “Instant” delivery of thousands. It looks wrong and tends to drop fast.
- No refill, no support address. If it goes wrong, nobody answers.
- Prices in another currency with a pound sign added. Your bank will charge a conversion fee.
- “£1 trial” with a card form. Check whether it becomes a subscription.
Expensive offers worth questioning
- “Real UK followers” at a few pence each. Ask how they choose by country.
- “Guaranteed engagement.” Engagement can’t be guaranteed; it comes from content.
- “Safe, 100% risk-free.” Nobody controls Instagram’s clean-ups.
Where we sit
Our prices sit mid-market for the UK: £10.49 for 1,000 Instagram followers, £5.79 for 1,000 likes. We pace delivery, refill for 30 days, never ask for a password and never call our followers real, active or British. If that sounds less exciting than a “premium HQ” tier, it is because it is accurate. Full prices are on the cheap IG followers page and the UK price guide.

- Does it need only a username or link?
- Is delivery spread over hours or days?
