Privacy policy
Only the minimum needed to fulfil an order is gathered, and neither your password nor your card number ever reaches us. Details under UK GDPR below.
Data we hold
- Order details: the pack, the public username or post address, the price and the order reference.
- Payment confirmation: whether the payment succeeded and a payment reference. Your card number goes to the payment provider, not to us.
- Email: if you contact us, your email address and message.
- Basic technical logs: short-lived server logs (such as IP address) used for security and rate limiting.
Data we never touch
Your Instagram or TikTok password, login codes, or full card details.
The reasons we keep it
Fulfilling your order, provide refills and refunds, answer your emails, prevent abuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations. The lawful bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests and legal obligation.
The services that see your order
Only the services needed to run the shop: the hosted payment provider, the hosting provider, and the delivery service that places the order to your public username or post. We don’t sell personal data or use advertising trackers.
Cookies, local storage and your basket
No advertising or analytics cookies are set. The site stores your basket and the last username you typed in your own browser (local storage) so they survive a page refresh. You can clear them at any time in your browser.
Retention
Order records stay for up to 90 days for delivery and refills, and payment records for as long as UK accounting law requires. Emails are kept while we are helping you and for a reasonable time after.
Your rights
UK GDPR lets you request a copy, a correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use. Email support@buyigfollowers.uk. The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) also takes complaints.
