Delivery times and the 30-day refill
Most orders start within minutes and finish within a day. Here are typical times for every size, why we pace delivery on purpose, and exactly how to claim a refill if your count drops.

Orders open within a quarter of an hour of payment. A thousand or fewer are done that day; ten thousand need a day or two. If your count drops within 30 days of delivery finishing, email us with your ord_ reference and we top it up free.
Typical delivery times

These are typical, not guaranteed. Busy periods can add a few hours. Likes tend to be a little faster than followers at the same size.
The reason delivery is spread out
Thousands of followers landing in a few minutes looks unusual to everyone who visits your profile, and it is exactly the kind of spike platforms look for during clean-ups. Spreading delivery out makes the rise look like an ordinary busy day and tends to reduce later drops.
Things that hold an order up
- The account went private. Delivery pauses until it is public again.
- The username changed. The order is addressed to the old name; email us with the new one.
- The post was archived or deleted (for likes). We can’t deliver to something that isn’t there.
- Typos. If the preview showed a different account, tell us straight away.
How the 30-day refill works
Instagram and TikTok periodically remove accounts they distrust, and some of those may be among the followers you received. Shedding a few per cent in later weeks is ordinary, and the refill exists for it:
- Wait until delivery has finished.
- If your count falls within the next 30 days, email support@buyigfollowers.uk.
- Include your order reference (it starts ord_) and the username or post.
- We check, then restore the number you were delivered, free.
Refills cover losses from our delivery, not to followers you had before, and they need the account or post to still be public.
If an order can’t be completed
Very occasionally an order can’t be finished, for example if the platform changes something on its side. If that happens, we refund the undelivered part to your original payment method. You only ever pay for what arrived. See refunds for the details.
Following your order
After paying you are taken to an order page that shows the status. You can also watch the count on your profile. If nothing has happened an hour after payment, email us with your reference and we will look straight away.
